I was going to make a top ten list of my all-time favorite computer games. Selecting just ten games turned out to be way too hard. Next, I considered compiling a personal top 50 list similar to what PC Gamer magazine has done several times. Instead, I decided to break it down by type/genre. Below, you will find my favorites listed for each category. Consider them the nominees. My overall favorite in each category is listed in italics.
